Doping in horse racing is a constant threat - John McCririck

Horse racing pundit John McCririck insists horse racing is not a cruel sport and says the authorities are doing all they can to stamp out practices which could affect horse welfare like doping and the use of the whip.

McCririck was speaking as trainer Howard Johnson appeared before a British Horseracing Authority inquiry on Wednesday to face horse welfare and doping charges.
