Michael Vaughan on Ashes training

Former England captain Michael Vaughan shows BBC Breakfast's Mike Bushell the tough training regime England's cricketers have to face during The Ashes.

Vaughan, who captained England to Ashes glory in 2005, says that the current England team, who lost the first Test by 381 runs, are arguably the fittest side to tour in the history of the series.
