Loughgiel manager Johnny Campbell is happy after his side ease past Ballygalget in the Ulster Club Hurling semi-final but says Slaughtneil will be tough final opposition.
Ballygalget stayed in touch with the Antrim champions early on but Loughgiel then took control to move 0-15 to 0-7 ahead by half-time at Maghera.
A Benny McCarry goal put the gloss on Loughgiel's performance as they eased to a 1-25 to 0-9 win while Slaughtneil beat Armagh champions Middletown 3-16 to 2-12 in the other semi-final at Pairc Esler.
"Slaughtneil will present a massive challenge. They maybe should have won an Ulster title or two before now and we are hoping that they don't achieve it at or expense," said the Loughgiel manager.
