All-Ireland semi-final: McGuinness lauds 'special' Donegal display

Donegal manager Jim McGuinness says his players "executed everything we spoke about before the game" in the stunning 3-14 to 0-17 All-Ireland Football Semi-Final win over holders and huge favourites Dublin.

"We needed it to be something special and we needed to deliver honesty and that's what they did," said the Donegal boss, whose team will face Kerry in the final in three weeks.

"We tried to marry that with a game plan that would win the match and thankfully, as normal, the boys delivered that for us.

"They take information really well and they use it really well and can make very good decisions on their own as well. It was just a great day."
