Chinese Grand Prix: Mercedes duo praise 'perfect' result

Mercedes drivers Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher praise the "perfect result" after the team lock out the front row for Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix.

Rosberg was half a second faster than the rest of the field as he secured his first ever pole position, while team-mate and seven-time world champion Schumacher qualified an impressive third - later improved to second after McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton's five-place grid penalty.

Schumacher feels the race will be "a hard fight" despite the Mercedes one-two, while team boss Ross Brawn says he'll have his "fingers crossed" for Mercedes' first win since the 1955 Italian Grand Prix.
