Chinese Grand Prix: McLaren duo optimistic despite disappointment
McLaren drivers Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton are confident of a strong race despite not making the front two rows for Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix.
Hamilton had qualified a strong second, but a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change means he'll start from seventh. Button slightly struggled for pace and will line up fifth on the grid due to Hamilton's penalty.
Hamilton also says he is "excited" for Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg, who claimed his first ever pole position for Sunday's race. The pair are good friends since they were team-mates in their early karting careers.
