'A great day' as Hamilton tops timings in Abu Dhabi

McLaren's Lewis Hamilton says Friday practice in Abu Dhabi was "a great day" for McLaren as he tops the timings in second practice ahead of team-mate Jenson Button.

Hamilton was in good spirits after "a positive day", but said he was taking things "one day at a time".

Hamilton was on course to win the inaugural race in Abu Dhabi in 2009 before suffering a brake problem, and finished second to Sebastian Vettel last year as the German was crowned world champion.
