Reading manager Brian McDermott tells BBC Radio Berkshire he is untroubled by his side's recent form and insists they will 'get results'.
The Royals have taken only eight points from the last 33 available, most recently losing 2-1 at Ipswich on Tuesday night, and fallen from second in the Championship to 16th since mid-October.
"If we just keep doing what we're doing, keep sticking together, we will get results," said the 54-year-old. "At no point are we looking like we're going to get turned over three or four-nil."
McDermott was speaking ahead of Saturday's game against Wolverhampton Wanderers, who they lost 1-0 to on Boxing Day.
