Sepp Blatter should have resigned says FA boss Greg Dyke

Football Association chairman Greg Dyke says Fifa president "Sepp Blatter should have resigned this week" instead of taking up another term in office.

Blatter was re-elected as president in a vote overshadowed by arrests and corruption allegations.

Dyke also explains why FA vice-chairman David Gill decided to step down from Fifa's executive committee.
