Women's Super League: Arsenal climb table after Birmingham win

Arsenal move into the top half of the Women's Super League as their revival continues with a 2-1 win away at Birmingham.

Casey Stoney and Freda Ayisi were the Gunners' scorers, and while the Blues pulled a goal back through Karen Carney it was too little too late for the team third in the table.

The result meant that Arsenal, who were bottom of the league with no wins after their first four matches, have won four and lost only one of the last six.
