Klinsmann set for 'emotional' match

USA head coach Jurgen Klinsmann says it will be "emotional" when he and his players go up against his home nation Germany in their final Group G clash on Thursday.

Klinsmann won the World Cup with Germany in 1990 and his American side contains four current German Bundesliga players - Hertha Berlin's John Brooks, Timothy Chandler of Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Monchengladbach's Fabian Johnson and Julian Green of Bayern Munich.

The former Gemany striker, who could yet sing both national anthems when the two sides meet in Recife, says that it was a "bummer" to concede late on last time out against Portugal, and that his side must "go for it" against his compatriots to guarantee progress to the knockout phase.
