Aileen McGlynn disappointed by funding loss

Paralympic cyclist Aileen McGlynn is disappointed at losing her UK Lottery funding, insisting that she has still not reached her peak despite turning 40.

McGlynn, who has won six medals in three previous Paralympics, including three golds, has been dropped by British Cycling as it does not rate her a medal prospect for the Rio Games in 2016,

However, with paracycling making its debut at this year's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, McGlynn is targeting a place in Scotland's team and more golds to add to her medal collection.

BBC Scotland's Jane Lewis reports.
