Irish Football Association chief Patrick Nelson on big plans

Irish Football Association's Chief Executive Patrick Nelson outlines ambitious plans at the launch of the governing body's Strategic Plan for 2013 to 2016.

In a wide-ranging interview, Nelson says the aim is for Northern Ireland to qualify for the finals of a major tournament for the first time since the 1986 World Cup.

The Chief Executive is also questioned about the rebuilding of Windsor Park, poor attendances and facilities at Irish League grounds and the controversial appointment of David Martin's as the association's Deputy President.
