Triathlete Non Stanford’s season of progress

Wales' Non Stanford, the 2012 World Junior champion, says hard work and consistent training will be the key to a successful season in the World Triathlon Series.

The 24-year-old finished second place in the World Triathlon Series event in San Diego in April and competes in the fourth round in Madrid this weekend.

Stanford trains alongside Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee and his brother Jonny, a bronze medallist at London 2012, at the British Triathlon camp in Leeds.
