Ray Trew: Notts County chairman fears for Football League

Notts County chairman Ray Trew tells BBC East Midlands Today he fears for the future of Football League clubs because of the financial clout of teams in the Premier League.

With parachute payments for clubs relegated from England's top flight set to rise by £7m under new proposals, Trew says the gap between the elite clubs and the rest will only increase.

Trew, who has been chairman and owner of Notts since 2010, says he is organising a meeting with his fellow League One and League Two chairmen to discuss his concerns for lower league football.
