Hodgson rues 'missed opportunity'

Manager Roy Hodgson admits West Brom's 2-1 home defeat by Wigan was a "missed opportunity" but insists he has no complaints about his side's performance.

The Baggies took a 1-0 lead through Steven Reid's free-kick, but Victor Moses and Jordi Gomez scored either side of half-time to help Wigan steal all three points at The Hawthorns.

Hodgson describes the loss as "disappointing" because his side's performance "merited a win".
