Terry in 'great state of mind' ahead of Sweden friendly

England captain John Terry says he is in "a great state of mind" and "completely focused on playing well" ahead of England's friendly against Sweden at Wembley.

The Chelsea defender is currently the subject of police and Football Association investigations over an alleged racist remark made to QPR's Anton Ferdinand, though the FA's head of media relations Mark Whittle refused to allow Terry to comment on the matter.

Terry says his team-mates have been "very supportive publicly and personally" and praises England's "great performance" in their 1-0 win over world champions Spain, a game the Chelsea captain watched from the bench.
