Man City 'immune' to off-field distractions, says Vincent Kompany

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany says most of the squad feel "immune" to the attention that has been focused on the club in recent months, especially in the wake of the controversy surrounding striker Carlos Tevez.

Kompany also believes Sunday's Manchester derby at Old Trafford has come too early in the season to be billed as a title decider.

Both Manchester United and City have enjoyed unbeaten starts to the Premier League season, with table-topping City two points ahead of their rivals going into the match.
