Rio 2016: Emma Wiggs explains why she switched from volleyball to Para-canoeing

Para-canoeist Emma Wiggs says the challenge of trying to win a place in the GB team for Rio 2016 is "incredibly exciting".

BBC East Midlands Today joins the 35-year-old at Holme Pierrepont where she discusses competing at London 2012 in sitting volleyball, winning world titles on the water after switching sports and the possibility of Paralympic gold in Brazil later this year.
