Tour de France: Sir Bradley Wiggins is "gutted" to miss out

Sir Bradley Wiggins says he is "gutted" he will not be riding in this year's Tour de France "as it stands".

The Briton told BBC Breakfast he believes he in the same form as he was in 2012, when he won the Tour and the Olympic time trial.

Defending champion Chris Froome will lead Team Sky at this year's Tour, which starts in Yorkshire on 5 July.
