Hoy backs Kenny for Olympic sprint

Sir Chris Hoy says Jason Kenny is Britain's "best chance" of a medal in the men's individual sprint, after Kenny was chosen over the Olympic champion.

The decision means 36-year-old Hoy will only be able to defend two of his three Beijing titles - the team sprint and the keirin.

Kenny defeated Hoy in the sprint semi-final at this year's World Championships but lost in the final to France's Gregory Bauge, the favourite for sprint gold in London.
