Caster Semenya: 2009 world champion 'cannot stop running'
Former 800m world champion Caster Semenya tells BBC Sport's Ben Smith she will continue to run despite public questioning of her gender.
The 24-year-old had to undergo a gender test following her win at the 2009 World Championships.
The London 2012 silver medallist - who describes herself as "a dreamer" - believes she can become Olympic champion and break the world record.
