Andy Flower bemoans England's lack of preparation

Team director Andy Flower says England were "a little undercooked" because of the time off they had before Christmas.

England lost the first Test against Pakistan by 10 wickets in Dubai thanks to a poor batting performance and Flower says the batsmen need to take responsibility.

In a frank interview with the BBC's Jonathan Agnew, he claims the players needed the rest but admits it did affect their preparation for the three-Test series.

Flower adds that the batsmen need to decide how they are going to deal with Pakistan's spin bowling.
