Amir Khan feels 'vindicated' by WBA rematch decision

Amir Khan says he feels vindicated by the World Boxing Association's decision to grant him a rematch against Lamont Peterson because of alleged "multiple irregularities" in their first bout.

Khan must now awaits the result of an IBF hearing next week and is then hoping for a reunification rematch against Peterson in Las Vegas, a fight he say he will win by knockout.

The Briton then expects to step up to 147lb and is keen to fight Floyd Mayweather.
