Usain Bolt keen to defend sprint titles at Rio 2016

Usain Bolt discusses plans to defend his 100m and 200m sprint titles at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The world record holder insists his motivation for sprinting remains intact following speculation he would switch to the 400m or long jump, stating the "key thing is to want it for yourself" and adding he is committed to trying to "go faster every year".

Bolt successfully defended his 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay titles at London 2012, and in doing so became the first man to win six sprinting gold medals.
