Middleweight Fowler, 22, beat seventh seed Stefan Hartel of Germany in the quarter-finals to progress to Friday's semi-finals, where he is guaranteed a bronze medal. Welsh flyweight Selby will face Jasurbek Latipov in Friday's semi-final after the Uzbekistan fighter beat Northern Ireland's Paddy Barnes 3-0.
Quigley goes into a semi-final bout with Artem Chebotarev after a unanimous victory over Zoltan Horcsa.
