British athlete Andy Frost says he is delighted with his hammer gold medal at the Isle of Wight games on Sunday.
The Newport-born athlete delivered an Island Games record-breaking throw of 70.61 metres to give Isle of Wight their first gold of the competition.
"I've won six of these before but to do it on my home track and infront of my family is great," Frost, 30, told BBC Radio Solent.
"To do it where I trained as a young lad means a great deal to me."
