Join us at BBC Birmingham for a special behind the scenes tour of our TV and radio studios including Midlands Today, BBC WM, Asian Network and the Award Winning BBC Three.

Find out what it takes to put a TV news bulletin together, plus discover how BBC radio drama is made. You can also try making your very own radio play which we will send you as a memento of your visit!

Please note that BBC Birmingham is a working building. No two tours are the same, but they’re always informative, interesting and fun!

 

Visit the Public Space at BBC Birmingham

As well as our Tours of BBC Birmingham, we’ve got plenty to see for free in our Public Space which is open seven days a week and there’s no need to book.

Fancy being a TV presenter? Find out what it’s like to present the weather in front of a green screen using the auto-cue and see what you look like on the telly!

Get up close and personal with Doctor Who’s Tardis and with Derek the Dalek, take a selfie with the Peaky Blinders or the dresses from Strictly and find out all about The Archers, the oldest soap opera in the world which has been made in Birmingham since it began in 1950.
