Our Lunar Activities

Our Lunar Activities were formed by brothers Kevin and Charles Clark and hail from the Isle of Lewis (joined later by Derek Healey (guitar) and James Reeves (bass/vocals)). The bands first single "She Cried/Diamond" was produced by Mogwai’s Barry Burns and released on independent record label Hatch. The critical praise heaped upon the single lead to the band supporting Snow Patrol and playing the T-break stage at T in the Park.

2007 saw the release of the "It Comes In Waves" EP on Scottish Label Neon Tetra, leading to more high profile support slots and appearances at a string of festivals including Rockness and Belladrum.

The band have just completed the recording of their debut album, engineered by Christopher Holmes (Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Helmet) and produced by Mark Hoppus.

I don't get it. What's with all the repeating harmony melancholy dribble. Another Idlewild spare us.

The Fire is ear-gasmic, i wish they didnt take it off their myspace...will have to wait for the album to come out now

Brendon, Santa Monica
Can't wait to see you guys play here in LA in April. I bet you guys killed it there in A-town. Keep it up!

Michelle, Los Angeles
I love OLA! They are all incredible musicians. They rock. Can't wait til they come over to Los Angeles.I love you lads!

Just home from watching OLA perform in front of an excited home crowd. Just want to wish Charlie, Kevin James and Derek all the very best for SXSW, the new album and a great trip ahead!
