He mixes outside broadcasts and studio sessions for BBC Radio's music, drama and speech programmes, specialising in live broadcasts of opera, orchestral and chamber music concerts. Since 2016 he has worked closely with the BBC Research & Development audio team, supporting their research projects and completing object-based audio mixes of binaural radio productions (like pioneering live binaural mixes from the BBC Proms) and immersive virtual reality projects (like the VR fairytale, The Turning Forest, and Nothing To Be Written, a contemporary response to the stories behind First World War 'field postcards').
