Essex lorry deaths: 39 victims were Chinese nationals

Police are still questioning the lorry driver on suspicion of murder

The victims found dead on a lorry in Essex were eight women and thirty one men of Chinese origin. Police are still questioning the lorry driver on suspicion of murder. We talk to our reporters on the ground and we hear from truck drivers about their experience of migrants trying to cross borders.

Also, a court in Bangladesh has sentenced 16 people to death over the murder of student, Nusrat Jahan Rafi. She was set on fire after she accused a teacher at an Islamic school of sexual harassment. We hear from women in the country about the verdict.

And, rats have mastered the art of driving a tiny car, suggesting that their brains are more flexible than we thought. We talk to one of the researchers and hear how the findings could be used to help understand neurological conditions in humans.
