Breaking Silicon Valley's Glass Ceiling

OS is in Silicon Valley as part of the BBC's 100 Women season.

The BBC's annual 100 Women season is under way with a a series of challenges to tackle four of the biggest issues facing women around the world. - illiteracy, sexual harassment, sexism in sport and the glass ceiling - the barrier to advancement for women in any given profession. The first challenge kicks off in California's Silicon Valley where women hold only one in ten senior positions. Nuala is finding out how women are trying to break through the glass ceiling there.
