Bubble& wants to launch as a national chain to rival even pasta chains, and are looking for £140,000.

Bubble& was created by husband-and-wife team Rupert and Marita in 2013. Rupert was a head chef in a gastropub and noticed that bubble and squeak was a big seller, yet was marketed as a leftover dish. He had a lightbulb moment: imagining that bubble and squeak could be as versatile as pizza and pasta, he gave up his job to open a food stall. His dishes won two Great Taste Awards in 2014 and customers queued for his dishes.
Investors David Page and Atul Kochhar want to see Bubble& in action, in their pop-up restaurant in Manchester.
