What’s the most interesting aspect of your song?
To me the most interesting aspect of my song would have to be the musical style. It channels a very classic, soulful sound and yet the overall vibe is still current. It's a wonderful fusion.
Tell us some thing people might not know about you.
I love woodwork. I've made sideboards... TV benches... all sorts! I also love to upcycle and restore furniture. I make beads. I love beads and everywhere I travel I like to look for some interesting bead designs. When I would find some though, they'd always be too small, so I started to make them! I love Doris Day. Most people know my favourite singer of all time is Whitney Houston but Doris Day is also up there. She has flawless vocals. I cannot tell you how many times i watched Calamity Jane as a child.
Do you have a lucky routine before going on stage?
I like to be in a quiet space and spend some time in prayer.
