23 year old Lottie Dexter launched Million Jobs, her campaign to raise awareness of and demand solutions to the problem of youth unemployment, in January. Its slogan: “We stand up for one million young unemployed adults”.
Lottie previously worked for Work & Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith’s thinktank the Centre for Social Justice, which proposes centre-right solutions to problems such as family breakdown, poverty and gang culture.
She’s spent 2013 travelling around the UK talking to charities, employers and unemployed young people; pressuring political parties to sign up to her One Million Jobs manifesto; and making noise in the media. Her innovations include Job Speed Dating.
But will Free Speech’s audience want to see her again?
