Kate never expected to have a baby and be married at the age of twenty-five, but she’s determined to make a success of things.

During their affair, Kate had always wanted Simon to leave Gemma for her. In the end it was Gemma who forced Simon to make that choice – and by then there was an unexpected baby on the way.
Kate stuck by Simon and they started a new life in London. But now she’s delighted to move back to Parminster, to be closer to her friends and parents. And with her daughter Amelie a little older, Kate’s also begun a post-graduate business course.

Last year, Jodie starred in BBC Three’s drama Thirteen, which saw her nominated in the Leading Actress category at the BAFTA TV Awards 2017. At the end of 2016, Jodie was seen in BBC One’s three-part series Rillington Place.
Earlier this year, Jodie took the title role in The White Princess, the sequel to the historical TV drama The White Queen. She was also recently seen in the Morrissey biopic, England Is Mine.
Jodie will next be seen taking the lead role in BBC America’s thriller, Killing Eve.
