Black Lives Matter: How digital activism is changing protest

If you didn’t think you could use a dating app or a video game to protest against systemic racial injustice, think again.

#BlackLivesMatter has gone viral with images of anti-racism protests from around the world. But with many cities still under lockdown measures, users online are finding innovative ways to protest, demonstrate solidarity or donate towards their causes.

From screen recordings to social media video, many are showing that activism can go viral without even leaving their homes.
