Let’s get digital.
Getting online and the digital support you need.
It seems for most things these days you are encouraged to go online, to pay bills, to order your shopping and even more recently perhaps homeschooling. And if you’re looking for a new job – it’s more than likely that you’ll have to search, apply and even do your interview online!
And that has opened up an even bigger digital divide than ever before. Good Things Foundation, a charity focused on improving digital provision says that the UK faces a digital crisis. They say that nine million people aren't confident in using the internet. According to FutureDotNow 17.3million working people do not have the essential digital skills required for work and within 20 years, 90% of all jobs will require digital skills in some form.
Here are some places that can help.
