Operation Yellowhammer sets out "worst case assumptions"

Public disorder, food price rises and reduced medical supplies are some of the possibilities outlined in Operation Yellowhammer, the government document detailing the possible consequences of the UK leaving the EU without a deal. We hear from Leader of Kent County Council, Paul Carter on the risk to the Dover to Calais trade artery. In response to the report Labour says parliament must be re-called; Andy McDonald is the shadow transport secretary.
