Russell Kane: I sought help for phone compulsion

Comedian Russell Kane says he sought help for his “compulsion to constantly be on the phone”.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live’s Geoff Lloyd, he said: “I’ve suppressed family time so I can do something that will give me dopamine or a reward.”

“Now you’ve got Face ID your phone is unlocked before you’ve thought about it - you do it on auto pilot.”
