Why has 'dating leave' been given to Chinese women?
In China they are known as the "leftover women" if they are not married by their late twenties. Now two Chinese firms have given their female staff, who are over thirty, eight days extra leave to help them find a partner. Leta Hong Fincher, author of "Leftover Women", explains what could be behind this "dating leave" initiative.
