The military style bulletproof backpacks made for school children in America
An Israeli company has designed military grade bullet proof backpacks for US high school students. The backpack weighs under three kilograms and costs $700. The company says its production has increased because of gun violence in US schools this year. They are now working on a prototype for even younger children. Newsday's Shaimaa Khalil spoke to Yair Rosenberg, chairman of the board for Masada Armour, the company making the bags.
