Sir Quentin Blake: A collection of his illustrations
Illustrator Sir Quentin Blake is best known for his collaboration with children’s author Roald Dahl but the 85-year-old’s career goes far beyond the BFG and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Now, a collection of his illustrations for the French classic, Voyages to the The Moon and the Sun are on display for the first time at the House of Illustration in King’s Cross. The exhibition coincides with a new edition of the work published by the Folio Society. BBC Radio London’s David Friend went to the House Illustration to meet the man himself.
