TSB Boss says the bank is ‘on its knees’ over crisis
The CEO of TSB, Paul Pester, has told 5 live that the bank is "on its knees" over problems with their online and mobile banking systems which has affected millions of customers.
Speaking to 5 live Breakfast's Sean Farrington, Mr Pester said that customers will see an increase of the rate TSB pay on current accounts (from 3% to 5%) and that there will be no overdraft interest fee charges over the month of April.
He said "We are making sure no customer is left out of pocket – this is the least we can do."
