The poetry girls of San Pedro Sula
A group of children living in Our Little Roses, Honduras' only orphanage for girls, write poems in order to overcome the trauma of abuse, violence and neglect. They live in San Pedro Sula, the city known for having one of the highest murder rates in the world. Twenty-four of their works are published in a book called Counting Time Like People Count Stars.
