Saudi king: women allowed to drive in 2018

King Salman has issued a decree in Saudi Arabia allowing women to drive for the first time. It is the last country in the world to forbid women from driving and Sahar Nasif, a campaigner for women's rights in the kingdom, shared her reaction with Newshour.
