BBC Minute: On the world's largest sleep study

Scientists in Canada are studying the sleeping patterns of over a 100,000 people around the world to find out things like, how much sleep is 'enough' sleep? And how sleep deprivation affects our cognitive behaviour. BBC's Medical Correspondent Fergus Walsh went to Canada to find out more about it.
