“Like other subscription based services such as magazines or gym memberships, our members’ subscriptions and any extras purchased are automatically renewed for convenience and to ensure that they experience no disruption in their service while exchanging with other members. All terms of payment are clearly communicated to members.
“We keep a record of all calls handled by our customer care team to ensure absolute transparency and are satisfied that the correct procedures were followed in this case.”
