Some cases of psychosis 'treatable'

New research suggests that some sufferers of psychotic illnesses - like schizophrenia - may in fact have a treatable immune disorder.

Scientists at the University of Oxford found up to one in 11 cases of psychosis may involve a condition where antibodies attack the brain.

Sarah Galloway shares how she's benefited from the treatment, and Tom Pollak, who worked on the study, explains how the treatment works.
