How a Hunanese dish became a US favourite
Peng Chang-kuei, who created 'General Tso's Chicken', a favourite of American diners, has died at the age of 98. Newshour's Fuchsia Dunlop, herself an acclaimed author on Chinese cooking, once met Mr Peng. She explains how the deep-fried, sticky, sweet-and-sour dish became the most famous Hunanese dish in the world.
